Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging intact.

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the item is expired, tampered with, or broken, or if you received it with a broken seal.

Exchanges

We only accept returns under specific conditions: if the item is expired, tampered with, broken, or opened, or if the seal is broken upon receipt. If you need to exchange your item for any of these reasons, please email us at customercare@pluspluslifesciences.com.
